**About the role**
The Service Account Specialist role is part of a small geographically dispersed team that is responsible for supporting delivery of the Digital Solutions Group service catalogue to agreed levels of performance. The role requires you to establish, build, and maintain effective relationships with a portfolio of internal TAFE NSW customer stakeholders and cross functional teams in the Digital Solutions Group; and facilitate timely communication, targeted business engagement, and effective issue resolution that supports successful delivery of solutions for customers.
**About You**
You are an experienced customer focussed service specialist with a history of working across a large portfolio of clients. You are a strong relationship builder and are a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to oversee the delivery of digital solutions.
You keep abreast of industry trends and technologies. You have demonstrated experience championing stakeholder engagement and communication and matching customer requirements to approved Digital Solutions and Products. You contribute to negotiating service requirements, understand the importance of monitoring and measuring service delivery to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement. You champion best practice and ensure the protection and correct use of digital assets.
You have well developed communication skills, are analytical, organised and a natural problem
