The Export Coordinator Officer is responsible for export document processing and making sure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely and efficient manner. This important role will be supporting our high functioning trading team, associated staff, and management to ensure trade and its related documentation can be effectively managed within the business.
**Responsibilities**:
- Booking confirmation to suppliers/cold stores
- Preparing Draft Bill/Waybill/Telex Release/Express Release
- Dispatching the original documents on time to customers
- Uploading supplier invoices or proforma invoices, freight invoices and relevant documents onto BSM
**You will have**:
- Experience in export documentation
- Experience working in a fast pace environment
- Experience working under pressure with accuracy
