Responsibilities
* Leading the preparation, administration, and execution of contract documents, ensuring compliance throughout delivery.
* Oversee valuations, variations, cost control, and monthly post‐contract reporting to maintain commercial rigor.
* Evaluate claims, negotiate final accounts, and guide completion certifications.
* Drive continuous improvement, enhancing commercial systems and processes.
* Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to commercial teams.
* Build effective stakeholder relationships and champion low‐carbon, sustainable project outcomes.
Qualifications
* Proven commercial management experience with strong contract, cost, and risk management capability.
* Degree in quantity surveying/cost management and progressing toward relevant professional membership (e.g., MRICS).
* Strong analytical, negotiation, and digital skills with effective stakeholder communication.
* Knowledge of digital construction tools, assurance processes, and integrated information management techniques driving continuous improvement and inclusive delivery.
