What You'll Be Doing
The Registered Nurse will deliver person‑centered nursing care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health‑care team. The RN provides supervision and support to less experienced clinicians, ensuring quality patient care.

Selection Criteria
* Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
* Demonstrated competencies in providing nursing care within a multidisciplinary team.
* Effective clinical communication through information technology, written, verbal means and interpersonal skills.
* Application of evidence‑based practice and critical thinking to advocate for individualised person‑centred care with a commitment to quality improvement.
* Supervision, delegation and negotiation skills with a willingness to lead and embrace change.
* Recent clinical experience relevant to the position and evidence of ongoing professional development.
* Ability to prioritise and organise workload with integrity and accountability.
