Assistant Lodge Manager Job Description
This luxury lodge is seeking an experienced hospitality professional to support the daily operations and guest experience of a high-end property.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily guest experience to ensure service consistently exceeds expectations
* Support and guide front-of-house, housekeeping, and kitchen teams
* Assist with onboarding, training, and day-to-day coordination of lodge staff
* Manage administrative tasks including stock control, scheduling, ordering, and invoicing
* Provide hands-on operational support across departments, including guest transfers and camp servicing
Requirements:
* Previous supervisory experience within hospitality or tourism
* Strong guest service skills with high attention to detail
* Confident using computer systems, reservations platforms, or basic financial processes
* Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities
* Manual driver's license; 4WD experience or willingness to learn
