ADAI provides advocacy services to people with disability living in South Australia. We are seeking a part time (22.8 hours neg.), experienced Administration Officer with a passion for supporting people with disability, management and advocates.
The successful applicant will:
- Demonstrate work experience in an office environment delivering a high level of customer service
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively and respectfully
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite, social media platform / tools, client record management systems
- Demonstrate ability to prioritise work, work independently and pay attention to detail
- Demonstrate understanding and responsiveness to diversity and inclusion
- Have a proactive approach with problem-solving skills, flexible and approachable aptitude
Key accountabilities will include:
- Provide customer service to the public through efficiency and professionalism with respect and understanding for people with a disability
- Provide administration support to the ADAI management and advocate team
- Assist with reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
ADAI is funded by the Australian Government. The Administration Officer reports to the Client & Service Intake Officer.
