Care Manager – Residential Aged Care | Leading Provider
Salary: Circa $130,000 + Superannuation + Relocation Package (if required)

Key Responsibilities
* Provide hands-on clinical and operational leadership to the nursing and care teams.
* Oversee assessments, care plans, and audits to ensure best-practice resident care.

* Collaborate closely with management to deliver exceptional resident outcomes.

Requirements
* Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Care Manager or senior nursing leader.
* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and mentor teams.
* Excellent understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance.
* A genuine passion for resident-centred care and quality improvement.
