Position Details:
* Full-time role offering a fulfilling career aligned with your professional and personal goals.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing evidence-based assessments, recommendations, and active interventions in clients' homes.
* Supporting hospital substitution programs (Rehab at Home, Hospital in the Home): Acute and sub-acute rehabilitation.
* Participating in government aged care programs (Home Care Package, Short Term Restorative Care, Commonwealth Home Support): helping seniors stay well and independent.
* Working independently in the community and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
* Engaging in clinical supervision with a designated supervisor.

Additional requirements:
* Preferred: Community or hospital physiotherapy experience.
* Qualifications: Physiotherapy degree with unrestricted AHPRA registration.
* Must have a valid driver's license and insured, roadworthy vehicle.
