The Role As the Marketing Manager, you will lead the end‑to‑end marketing function, driving brand growth and customer engagement across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with product, retail, e‑commerce, and leadership teams to deliver integrated campaigns that elevate the brand and support commercial outcomes. Key responsibilities: Brand strategy — Own and evolve the brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Campaign leadership — Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and traditional channels. Digital & performance marketing — Oversee paid social, search, email, and website optimisation to drive traffic and conversions. Retail marketing — Develop in‑store promotions, POS, and seasonal campaigns that support sales and product launches. Team leadership — Mentor and guide a small marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and high performance. Agency & supplier management — Manage external partners to deliver best‑in‑class creative, media, and digital execution. Insights & reporting — Use data to measure performance, identify opportunities, and inform decision‑making. About You You’re a confident, proactive marketer who loves balancing strategy with hands‑on execution. You bring strong commercial acumen, a customer‑first mindset, and the ability to turn insights into action. You will thrive here if you have: Experience in B2C marketing, ideally within retail, consumer goods, home improvement, lifestyle, or similar product‑driven categories. A track record of delivering integrated campaigns that drive measurable results. Strong digital marketing capability across paid, owned, and earned channels.
