About the role
This is a senior consulting position where you'll lead high‐impact engagements across risk and compliance. You'll be trusted to take ownership of client outcomes—advising on regulatory challenges, leading remediation initiatives, and helping shape practical, workable solutions. The nature of the work is varied, spanning:
* Regulatory reviews, control testing, and compliance uplift
* Designing and delivering remediation strategies
* Leading project delivery and supporting broader transformation initiatives
This isn't a purely strategic role—you'll be equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves and driving delivery.
The successful candidate
You're an experienced consultant or risk professional who understands how to operate in complex regulatory environments. You'll likely bring:
* A strong background across financial services, consulting, or regulatory bodies
* Proven experience in compliance, conduct risk, or non‐financial risk
* The ability to lead engagements and influence senior stakeholders
* A commercially aware, solutions‐focused mindset
