As Assistant Venue Manager at BOUNCE, you'll work alongside the Venue Manager, supporting venue operations, team leadership & customer experience. You'll be hands‐on, coaching, motivating and developing an energetic team while ensuring the venue runs smoothly, safely and successfully.
What you'll do
* Support the Venue Manager in leading & motivating a dynamic team, fostering a culture of teamwork, progression & accountability.
* Deliver an unforgettable customer experience by ensuring seamless venue operations, responding to feedback & coaching your team.
* Oversee safety & compliance – manage procedures, implement risk management strategies & ensure all standards are met.
* Drive business success by supporting key KPIs, including sales, customer experience, safety, labour & COGS.
* Develop & mentor your team, ensuring they have the skills, confidence & support to succeed.
* Ensure smooth venue operations – manage presentation, cleanliness & efficiency so every customer has an epic experience.
* Act as Venue Manager when required, leading the venue to world‐class standards.
What you bring to the team
* Leadership experience in a fast‐paced, customer‐driven environment (hospitality, retail, fitness, recreation or similar).
* A strong sense of ownership – proactive, solutions‐focused and leads by example.
* A passion for coaching & developing young teams, with experience leading, mentoring & motivating 16‐24 year‐olds.
* Customer‐first thinking – thrive on creating magic moments & ensuring every guest has an amazing experience.
* Strong commercial awareness – understand sales, labour, cost control & operational efficiency.
