Job Overview
As a security solutions expert, you will work closely with industry-leading security technologies and major clients across Australia to deliver cost-effective, compliant systems in commercial, mining, defence, and government sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design integrated security systems including access control, CCTV, intercom, and intrusion detection.
2. Provide pre-sales technical support, documentation, and scope of works to ensure seamless project delivery.
3. Develop tailored quotations, tenders, and value-engineered proposals that meet client requirements.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to deliver integrated electronic security systems through client meetings and presentations.
5. Liaise with suppliers to ensure solutions meet specifications and budget constraints.
6. Provide technical support to project teams during handover and implementation phases.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years experience in the electronic security industry with strong technical knowledge of Gallagher, Milestone, Genetec, Avigilon.
* Ability to interpret drawings, schematics, and tender documents.
* Skilled in preparing technical proposals and accurate cost estimates.
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Bluebeam desirable.
* Trade or engineering qualification (Electrical, Security, or similar) preferred.
* Security licence or eligibility to obtain required.
* Current drivers license essential.
