About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised, motivated and proactive Personal Assistant to support a high-performing Real Estate Agent in the Mandurah market. This is a fast-paced and varied role suited to someone who thrives in a busy environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and enjoys working with people.
You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the sales business, ensuring clients receive outstanding service while assisting with administration, marketing, and lead generation activities.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and processing sales contracts and listing documentation
Assisting with property appraisals and preparing appraisal presentations
Coordinating and preparing new property listings for market
Managing databases and maintaining accurate client records
Handling buyer enquiries and identifying potential sales leads
Conducting prospecting and lead generation activities
Booking and coordinating marketing, photography and signage
Organising and placing home open signs before inspections
Managing calendars, appointments and open home schedules
Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors and internal team members
Assisting with social media, marketing campaigns and client communications
Providing exceptional customer service and follow-up support
Supporting the Lead Agent with general administration and daily operations
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:
Previous experience in real estate administration or personal assistant roles
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
A professional and positive attitude
Confidence using CRM systems, Microsoft Office and real estate platforms
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
A current Real Estate Registration Certificate (preferred but not essential)
