18th May, 2026 About the role We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Relationship Manager to join our financial planning team. You'll be the vital link between our advisers and clients — ensuring every interaction is smooth, professional, and genuinely helpful. This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are exactly the same, and where your organisational skills and people skills will be equally valued. What you'll be doing At the core of this role is providing high-quality administrative support to the Director, delivering an outstanding experience for clients. You'll coordinate appointments, prepare for client meetings, maintain review schedules in line with FoFA requirements, and handle a broad range of investment administration tasks. This includes processing applications across risk, superannuation, and investments, managing rollovers and withdrawals, liaising with fund managers and underwriters, and executing online share and investment transactions. You'll also be the first point of contact for many of our clients — answering calls, responding to enquiries, and greeting visitors to the office with warmth and professionalism. Keeping our client records accurate and up to date in Xplan and MyProsperity will be an important part of your day-to-day, as will ensuring all compliance documentation is current. Key responsibilities Coordinating client appointments and maintaining adviser schedules Preparing and lodging new business applications across risk, superannuation, and investments Processing superannuation rollovers, withdrawals, pension payments, and cash requests Liaising with fund managers, insurers, and underwriters to follow up on lodgements Maintaining client records and transaction data in Xplan and MyProsperity Preparing Records of Advice (RoAs) and corporate action letters Managing Centrelink nominee lodgements and updates on behalf of clients Ensuring client compliance documents are kept current Supporting general office operations including client events and marketing communications What we're looking for The ideal candidate will bring experience in both client-facing and administrative roles, ideally within the financial services sector. Experience and skills required Minimum 3 years experience in a Client Services position Familiarity with Xplan Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Excellent organisational and time management skills Professional written and verbal communication Ability to maintain strict confidentiality A warm, empathetic approach to working with a wide range of clients
