Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our retail team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of store appearance and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
* Store Operations: Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and maintained in accordance with company standards.
* Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
* Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stock orders, and control losses due to shrinkage or theft.
* Training and Development: Support the development of team members through training and coaching, promoting a culture of learning and growth.
Requirements:
* Full-time Australian work rights
* Prior experience in retail management or leadership roles
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexible availability for afternoon and weekend shifts
