* Drive continuous improvement and workflow efficiency across the branch
What we're looking for:
* Experience managing a steel fabrication or manufacturing operation
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Sound knowledge of welding, steel fabrication, and quality standards (AS/NZS 5131, ISO 9001, etc.)
* Confident with production planning, scheduling, and cost control
* Able to read and interpret technical drawings
* Committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Qualifications that will help (but not essential):
* Diploma or degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or similar
* Welding Supervision qualification (AS1796 Cert 10 or equivalent)
* WHS or Supervisor Safety Training
Why you'll love it:
You'll be joining a long-established engineering business that values its people, its customers, and doing things right.
This is a chance to make a real impact, lead a capable team, and help shape the future success of the branch.
