This is an opportunity to work as a key administrator in our service. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a range of administrative duties essential to the efficient operations of the service.
You will be the first point of contact for families managing enrolments, family accounts and the centre's waiting list using software XAP. You will also assist with general accounting tasks, responding to email and phone queries and supporting the Director with various tasks including filing and record keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage enrolments, family accounts and the centre's waiting list using software XAP
* Assist with general accounting tasks
* Respond to email and phone queries
* Support the Director with filing and record keeping
Requirements:
* A collaborative team approach
* Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
* Ability to establish, maintain and enhance positive internal and external relationships
* A positive and 'can do' attitude
* Previous experience and/or a relevant qualification
* Proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
