About the role:
* Be responsible for overseeingthe build from start to finish - $7 mil Refurbishment of Age Care Project.
* Oversee all sub-contractors & manage the quality of finishes
* Use leadership and organisational skills to hit project targets
* Ensure programme measures are being met and client is kept up to date
Your Background:
* Experiencewith site managing commercial fit out/refurb or finishes on new build projects
* Ideally worked at a commercial builder in a Site Manager or Foreman role
* Keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality
* Positive attitude with the right temperament
* Ability to communicate effectively & drive programme
You will Receive:
* Employment with a commercial builder with strong project pipeline
* $150k - $170k package, based on years of experience
* Support from office
