Role Description
We are seeking a
part-time Information Input Specialist
based in
Melbourne, VIC

This role offers a
hybrid work arrangement
, where the
first week of training will be conducted remotely
, followed by a flexible combination of remote and on-site work.
The Information Input Specialist will be responsible for accurately entering, organising, and verifying data within secure digital systems.
The role requires high attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance with data protection standards while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and precise information flow.
Key Responsibilities
* Input, validate, and update business and HR-related data accurately
* Review and verify information for consistency and completeness
* Maintain secure data documentation and confidentiality
* Support data organisation, record management, and reporting activities
* Collaborate with internal teams to enhance data accuracy and workflow efficiency
* Follow established protocols for information security and compliance
Qualifications
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or equivalent tools
* Understanding of data security, confidentiality, and compliance standards
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
* Prior experience in hybrid or remote work environments is beneficial
* Training provided – suitable for entry-level applicants
Remuneration & Work Arrangement
* Pay Range:
AUD $1,000 – $1,200 per week
