You will take responsibility for managing the national debtors ledger, while supporting a diverse portfolio of customers across sectors.

Position Description
Reporting to the CFO, duties include but are not limited to the following:
Effectively lead, manage and oversee a close-knit team of 2 staff in Accounts Receivable.
Management of the day-to-day operations of invoicing, allocating, and receipting.
Oversee the collections process and handle escalations.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Optimise existing processes to achieve strategic goals while implementing new strategies to increase efficiencies.
Conduct continuous due diligence on credit processes.
Establish and maintain strong relationships across the business alongside external stakeholders.
Prepare and generate routine reports to help senior management and key business stakeholders monitor progress.
Ideal Candidate / Qualifications
First-class communication, from both a verbal and written perspective.
Excellent leadership skills with initiative and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
A positive, proactive attitude with initiative and a strategic mindset.
Strong stakeholder relationship management skills.
Proven ability to manage a large debtors ledger, with strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
