This Public Relations role will be suitablefor an experiencedPR Senior Account Manager or newly appointedPR Account Director.
The Opportunity
* Support the GM & Founder
* ThisPRAccount Directorwill be the face of client relationships
* You will be directly responsible for the day-to-day strategic stewardship of client accounts
* Responsible foroverseeing account resources and campaign delivery withinternal teams
* Akey driver of client results, coordinating client teams, to ensure that strategies are delivered and implemented with excellence, tasks are delegated effectively, work is carried out to the highest standard, deadlines are met, and budgets are managed
* This role requires mastery ofPRservices, strong team leadership, and the commercial acumen to deliver exceptional client outcomes while maintaining agency profitability and operational excellence
* Develop creative campaign proposals and concepts
* Developcampaignmessagingfor clients
* Develop marketingand public relations campaigns (including community and government relations)
* Media strategy and delivery
* Develop third-party partnerships/sponsorships
* Attend clientevents and activations
* Developsocial media and content strategies.
You
* Live in Melbourne and have full working rights
* Currently working in a SAM or AD level public relations role (agency side)
* Have a minimum of7+ years' relatedmarketingindustry (agency ideal) experience
* Have the ability to think quickly on your feet and deliver solution-based strategies for your clients
* Experience working collaboratively with agency partners to deliver integrated campaigns
* Able to juggle multiple campaigns at once with sharp time management skills and attention to detail
* Demonstrated experience in account management and/or campaign or project management
* Demonstratedclientexperience in the property, design ortourism industriesDemonstrated knowledge of media advertising, communications and marketing practices
* Experience in juggling multiple projects and liaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
* Proficiency using Adobe, and additionally, preferred Indesign proficiency
* Proficiency using analytics tools including Facebook Insights and Google Analytics
* Excellent project management and organisational skills
* Outstanding communication skills and creative writing skills to the highest calibre
* Results oriented, with excellent analytical skills to effectively measure success
* Demonstrated interest in property, design, hospitality and tourism
* Tertiary degree in communications, marketing or public relations
