We're looking for an experienced Blue Collar Recruiter to jump in and support a busy and growing recruitment team focused within the civil construction sector. This fast-paced role is suited to someone who thrives on high-volume recruitment, building strong candidate relationships, and keeping projects moving.

What You'll Be Doing
* End‐to‐end blue collar recruitment across civil construction projects
* Sourcing, screening, and mobilising candidates quickly and efficiently
* Managing high-volume recruitment pipelines and talent pools
* Coordinating interviews, references, medicals, tickets, and onboarding
* Building strong relationships with candidates, supervisors, and clients
* Supporting workforce planning and urgent labour requests
* Maintaining compliance and accurate recruitment records
What We're Looking For
* Previous recruitment experience essential
* Strong preference for blue‐collar recruitment experience
* Civil construction recruitment experience highly regarded
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced, high-volume environment
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Organised, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
* Available to commence ASAP
