You will lead AI innovation, guide architecture and technology strategy, and build a customer-centric, reliable AI-powered product portfolio.
You will hire, mentor, and develop engineers, foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and psychological safety, and own incident management and continuous improvement.
What role will you play?
As the leader of a world-class AI engineering team, you will be responsible for hiring, mentoring, and developing talented engineers, while fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and psychological safety.
You will drive the end-to-end development of AI-powered products, overseeing design, development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
You will shape the AI technology strategy by providing technical leadership and guidance on architecture, ensuring long-term success.
You will champion engineering excellence by maintaining high standards for code quality, testing, and security, and own the reliability and uptime of applications and models.
You will collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other engineering leaders to solve complex problems in financial services and take ownership of incident management, post-mortems, and continuous improvement.

You're at the forefront of AI: deep technical background in technologies for building and deploying AI solutions, familiarity with Gen AI and predictive AI patterns including Agentic designs, RAG, MLOps
You're a thinker in systems: strategic thinker with ability to design and architect complex, data-intensive systems and deliver end-to-end AI solutions into production
You're a clear and compelling communicator: can articulate a technical vision and align product, data science, and technology stakeholders to drive results
