We are seeking a Senior Sustainability Reporting Analyst to support our environmental reporting and performance tracking. The role focuses on ESG disclosures, emissions reporting (including Scope 3), and monitoring environmental metrics, with a strong emphasis on data integrity and alignment with evolving sustainability standards.
This position is suited to a motivated, self-directed individual with either a solid understanding of sustainability reporting frameworks or strong analytical skills, particularly in performing and interpreting detailed calculations.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
* Lead and coordinate responses to ESG rating agencies and sustainability-related surveys (e.g. MSCI, Sustainalytics, ISS)
* Monitor ESG trends, standards, and disclosure frameworks to support continuous improvement in reporting and performance
* Conduct ESG peer benchmarking to identify performance gaps and best practices
* Compile environmental KPI reports and collaborate with operations teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness
* Prepare greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions calculations, including Scope 1, 2, and 3 where applicable
* Support the collection and analysis of data required to calculate Scope 3 emissions, working cross-functionally to improve data quality
* Assist in preparing requirements and compiling data for external sustainability reports, including ASRS and NGERs.
This role is fixed term contract role for approx. 12 months.

You should be comfortable working across varied tasks, committed to high-quality output, and eager to learn. Strong communication skills and advanced Excel, including financial modelling, are essential
