Overview
We have a position available to support our Property Managers in Cobar to perform a variety of administrative and Property Management assistant tasks.
Position requirements
Must have or be willing to obtain a certificate of registration, or do a traineeship to obtain a class 2 real estate licence
Greeting & welcoming guests when they arrive at the office, directing clients to the appropriate person.
Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls to appropriate persons.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person or via phone / email.
Receiving and soring daily mail.
Social Media Advertising.
Preparing Tenancy sign up documents.
Processing tenancy applications, TICA, rental checks & employee checks.
Update office window displays>
Organise open for inspections with tenants and Property Manager.
Drivers Licence
Taking Maintenance requests, vacate notices, tenancy applications & general enquiries.
Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing and scanning.
Managing and handing out keys.
