The university is looking for a talented, self-motivated person to fill the position of Chief of Staff to the Vice-Chancellor.

The Chief of Staff is a senior advisor and trusted partner to the Vice-Chancellor, providing leadership and oversight of priority initiatives across the University and fostering collaboration and integration across divisions.
Responsibilities Ensure the Vice-Chancellor's priorities are advanced effectively.
Coordinate executive-level initiatives and enable the smooth operation of the Office of the Vice-Chancellor.
Provide high-level advice and decision support; oversee governance processes; represent the Vice-Chancellor when required.
Strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure the Vice-Chancellor has the information and institutional alignment needed to lead with impact.
Qualifications and attributes Ability to operate in complex environments; forward thinking with strong analytical skills to distill key issues and identify options and solutions.
Proven capability to deliver results through collaboration and genuine stakeholder relationships based on trust.
High integrity, judgement, discretion, and first-class communication skills.
