Your new role:As a Senior Pharmacy Technician within Cancer Services Pharmacy, you will play a key leadership role in supporting the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of cancer pharmacy and sterile production services. Working closely with pharmacists and multidisciplinary teams, you will provide technical supervision, coordinate daily operations and contribute to continuous service improvement within the Cancer Pharmacy and Sterile Production Centre. Key Responsibilities:Lead and support pharmacy technicians and assistants through training, mentoring and competency assessmentApply advanced technical skills in sterile and cytotoxic compounding, dispensing and medicines distributionMonitor quality standards, product validation and workplace safety practicesCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support patient-centred cancer careAbout you:You are an experienced and motivated pharmacy technician with strong leadership capabilities and a commitment to patient safety, quality and teamwork.
