SA Power Networks is seeking a Claims Consultant to join the Safety Wellbeing Environment Team in People & Culture.
Reporting to the Wellbeing Manager, the Claims Consultant is responsible for managing the end to end workers' compensation claims process in accordance with the Return to Work Act 2014, Regulations and Standards for Self Insured Employers.
A critical component of the role will be to drive efficient claims management and return to work outcomes while ensuring compliance with all relevant legislative requirements. Working closely with the Return to Work Coordinator, the role will ensure workers are supported in their recovery and return to work.

About you
* Experience in workers' compensation claims management, preferably within a self-insured environment.
* Diploma in Injury Management, Claims Management or a related field, or equivalent skills and knowledge gained through experience.
* Driver's licence - Class C.
* Demonstrated experience in collaborating effectively across a diverse business and at all levels, with a particular focus on delivering an authentic customer experience.
* Ability to demonstrate an empathetic approach when dealing with sensitive matters.
* Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
