Remuneration: $55.63 - $59.61 phrase per hour + Super + NFP Salary Packaging
Responsibilities
As a Clinical Nurse in our Medical Ward team, you will provide exceptional patient care in the areas of your clinical expertise whilst assessing and responding appropriately to clinical nursing issues and concerns. You will provide supervision and guidance within a multi‐disciplinary team through effective decision making and support, leading by example through exceptional communication, customer service and patient advocacy.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in an acute hospital setting
* Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent and AHPRA registration
* Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship
* Ability to coordinate and prioritise your ward's clinical load
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvement
* Willingness to obtain required vaccinations, undergo national criminal history check and functional assessment
