The Opportunity
Administration & Customer Service Officer – Toowoomba
We're offering two positions: one full-time permanent role and one 6-month fixed-term contract.
Join our team in Toowoomba as an Administration & Customer Service Officer and become a key part of our daily operations. You'll provide essential administrative support, deliver excellent customer service, and help drive our business forward with efficiency and professionalism.
What You'll Be Doing
* Provide top-notch administrative and customer service support across assigned contracts and sites
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
* Keep data accurate and up to date, ensuring all processes align with company policies and finance timelines
* Look for ways to improve service delivery by developing your technical and professional skills
About You
You're organised, eager to learn, and enjoy helping others. You feel comfortable handling a mix of admin and customer service tasks, working in a supportive team, and being part of a business that makes a positive environmental impact.
What You'll Bring:
* Experience with Microsoft Office, ideally Excel
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
