Marketing & Digital/Social Media Dynamo - Office based - Part Time

Are you looking for a part‐time role working exclusively within Marketing/Social Media?

This will initially be a 3 days per week role during school hours. Hours 9.00AM-2.00PM (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). This would ideally suit a return to work or work‐life balance candidate. The role is office based, so you will need to be able to get to our Wangara office location. You will collaborate on ideas and marketing strategies to enhance the impact of Class Professionals within the Recruitment/Consulting Sector and attract new Team Members and Partners within the Early Years, Education and Aged Care sectors. You will build on our existing social media/marketing presence within WA and ensure an impact as we expand into NSW and Queensland.

About Class Professionals

Established in 1999, Class Professionals is an educational employment agency that now offers recruitment/consulting expertise to the early years and aged care industries. We operate primarily in WA with intentions to expand to NSW and QLD. Our close‐knit, hard‐working and vibrant team is based in Wangara and delivers to our Partners and Team Members values of trust, respect, partnership and excellence in service.

Qualifications and Experience

* A marketing/social media degree and at least 5+ years working in a similar role.
* A confident team player, happy to collaborate or work independently.
* Excellent verbal, written and electronic communication.
* Good knowledge of social media platforms and Canva.
* Understanding of target marketing.
* Ability to develop strategies to enhance our social presence, including SEO.
* Intermediate proficiency in HubSpot with demonstrated experience in campaign management and analytics.
* Firm understanding of AI and ability to integrate it into marketing efforts.
* Australian citizenship required.

Tasks and Responsibilities

* Report to the Managing Director and maintain/improve our presence within the relevant sectors, expanding beyond WA into other states.
* Maintain and update existing social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and improve website traffic.
* Conduct background work to determine what works best for our brand.
* Create and edit written and video content; schedule regular content on social media platforms.
* Utilize Canva for content creation; collaborate and share ideas while learning from others.
* Have a camera/ideas ready for suitable marketing content.
* Collaborate with our SEO/Target marketing partner to maximise ROI.
* Think outside the box.
* Absorb information from office staff and incorporate it into marketing initiatives.
