At Europcar, we're looking for a Returns Specialist to join our vehicle returns team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will work in a fast-paced environment where the customer is at the center of everything we do. Your responsibilities will include providing world-class customer service throughout the rental process, including assisting customers in our car parks at the beginning and end of their experience.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers and being part of a diverse team. You will work closely with all staff to ensure vehicles are received and returned in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining excellence in customer service and damage standards, achieving all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in these areas.
Key Responsibilities

* Complete all administration accurately according to operating procedures.
* Process workshop vehicles following operating procedures.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A full, valid, clean driving license with at least 4 years of driving experience.
* Excellent communication and face-to-face interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility in working hours, including availability during days, evenings, and weekends, with various shift options.
* Car rental/sales experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
