* Facilitate the student enrolment process from initial inquiry through to onboarding, ensuring an outstanding experience for incoming families.

* Deliver exceptional customer service to parents, young people, and internal stakeholders by providing accurate information about school programs and guiding families through the enrolment process.

* Maintain accuracy and integrity of student enrolment records and verify documentation.
">
* Ensure compliance with School policies and Government regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

* 3+ years school enrolment experience and/or qualifications in Business, Customer Service, or similar.

* Strong communication and presentation skills to deliver information sessions and liaise with key stakeholders.

* Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
">
* Ability to demonstrate The Industry School values.
">
* Right to work in Australia.

* Experience using CRM systems such as Digistorm or The Alpha School System (TASS).
