Your Role

Step into a pivotal role at the heart of St Vincent de Paul NSW (Vinnies), providing executive support across both our Members, Volunteers and Early Intervention (MVEI) Directorate and our newly established First Nations Strategy and Outcomes Directorate. This is where people, purpose and community come together. As Executive Assistant to the Executive Director and Director respectively, you'll be the engine behind two fast‐paced and values‐driven teams that support members, empower volunteers and deliver meaningful programmes and initiatives across the state. You'll also collaborate with stakeholders across the broader Society, supporting cross‐directorate initiatives and contributing to the success of important community‐focused outcomes. This is more than a traditional EA role, it's an opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, Board members and stakeholders while contributing to a mission that supports communities and changes lives.

* Provide high‐level executive support including complex diary and email management, travel coordination and document preparation
* Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring efficient scheduling and seamless execution

* Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels
* Experience in preparing agendas and taking high‐quality minutes
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience with document management systems such as SharePoint
