This role calls for people with a high level of motivation and a desire to deliver exceptional customer service. You will be required to maintain existing relationships whilst pursuing new partners and opportunities for our business.
About The Role
In this BDM and Account Management role you will be directly responsible for the sales success in your designated region. Routines include identifying and generating new partnership opportunities and building these into long term relationships with your new accounts.
Your focus will be growing our finance broker and aggregator partnerships. You will do this by reaching out to finance brokers over phone, email and social media to consult, educate and successfully onboard new partners.
Once that partner is accredited you are responsible for building that partnership by differentiating the grenke offering to find the right opportunities for us to support their customers.
Planning and implementation of sales strategies, arranging meetings with potential partners as well as managing and growing your active accounts will be your day to day tasks. We are a small but growing team and will always have new challenges for those who feel motivated to accept them.
About You
* You have a minimum of 2 years BDM/Sales experience in Finance, working with asset finance brokers.
* You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and are very comfortable establishing contacts over the phone and in person meetings.
* You have an outgoing personality with high service focus
* You have a very positive attitude, resilience and proactiveness when it comes to overcoming objections and obstacles
* You have structured work methods and strong organizational skills
* You enjoy learning every day and adapting tasks according to the company's development
* You are happy to travel to meet partners, whether within VIC or interstate.
