Recruitment Partner to SA’s Construction Industry
Deliver your own $500k-$3m civil projects across earthworks, services, concrete and sewer. Start now or after Xmas.
The Company
A well-established civil contractor in Adelaide delivering practical, innovative civil and demolition works. With 20+ years’ experience, they prioritise safety, quality and professionalism and are known for strong client relationships and reliable delivery.
Capabilities include earthworks, underground services, concrete and sewer works, demolition, land division/subdivision, retaining walls, kerbing, crossovers and footpaths.

The Role
You’ll support the delivery of small–medium civil projects;
- Assisting with planning, scheduling and project set‑up
- Preparing scopes, RFQs and basic procurement
- Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
- Tracking budgets, variations and progress claims
- Updating programs and monitoring site progress
- Maintaining QA and safety documentation
- Reviewing drawings and identifying design issues
- Managing project documentation and reports
- Liaising with clients, councils and utilities
The Criteria
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
- 2+ years delivering civil infrastructure projects in Australia (Adelaide experience valued)
- Robust computer literacy and confidence with technical documentation
- Proactive, eager to learn and ready to take ownership
