Silk Contract Logistics (SCL) is growing and we're looking for skilled and dedicated Counterbalance Forklift Operators to join our team.
Your Role
* Operate counterbalance forklifts to move, stack, and store goods safely and efficiently
* Receive, check, and dispatch stock accurately
* Support inventory and stock control processes
* Collaborate effectively within a team while also working independently
* Maintain compliance with all health & safety procedures and company policies
What You'll Need:
* A valid Forklift License
* Proven experience operating counterbalance Forklifts
* Experience using RF scanners
* Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (ideally Red Prairie)
* Strong focus on safety and attention to detail
