Overview
The role: Play an integral role in the comprehensive testing for an SAP HR/Payroll application in an enterprise-wide HR Transformation including SAP SuccessFactors.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand business processes and SAP HR module requirements.
- Perform end-to-end testing to ensure seamless integration of all SAP HR and SuccessFactors modules.
- Manage and create relevant test data sets required for testing scenarios.
- Collaborate with system administrators and developers to address any environmental issues.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience as a Test Analyst in SAP HR modules (OM/PA, ESS and MSS, Payroll, Time and Leave) and HCM SuccessFactors, Recruitment, and Onboarding modules.
- Robust understanding of SAP HR and SuccessFactors functionalities, business processes, and integration points.
