We're looking for an HR Generalist for a 12 month opportunity, providing essential operational guidance and support to managers and staff.
This is a great prospect for a proactive and experienced HR professional to work closely with various teams and contribute to a positive work environment.
In this role, you will be the go-to person for a wide range of HR matters, advising on best practices and helping to resolve staff issues.
You will be a key player in ensuring people operations run smoothly and effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
Advising and guiding managers on all HR topics, including recruitment, performance management, and workplace relations.
Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
Providing support on change management and talent acquisition efforts.
Conducting HR audits and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Collaborating with various internal teams and specialists to deliver comprehensive HR solutions.
About you:
Strong background in a People/HR role with a sound understanding of HR principles.
Proven ability to provide clear and practical advice to managers and staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated experience handling a wide range of HR functions.
Experience with Enterprise Agreements and workplace relations essential.
Work Arrangements:
Hybrid | 3 days on site, 2 days WFH
Salary circa.
$110,000k p/a
