Shift Supervisor – Leongatha site
Join our Leongatha site as a Shift Supervisor and take ownership of shift operations across a large, dynamic manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity to step into a hands‐on leadership role with clear progression into a dedicated shift position.
Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise factory operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and environmental performance targets.
* Manage a team of approximately 30 employees, ensuring tasks are completed correctly the first time.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives, reduce downtime, and support autonomous maintenance.
* Maintain compliance with HACCP, GMP, and environmental standards.
* Use SAP and other systems for accurate reporting and inventory management.
Qualifications
* Proven leadership experience in manufacturing (dairy or FMCG preferred).
* Strong people management skills with the ability to coach and influence.
* Safety and quality‐focused mindset with excellent problem‐solving skills.
* Computer literacy and familiarity with SAP.
* Ability to work a 4×4 shift pattern.
