We are an established, yet constantly growing and successful organisation and are looking to bring onboard a Financial Accountant to join our collaborative finance team of 6. Reporting directly to a supportive Finance Manager, you will become part of a close‐knit finance team of six, playing a key role in the delivery of accurate financial reporting, month‐end processes and business support across a multi‐entity environment.

Duties
* Manage and assist with month‐end and year‐end close processes
* Prepare accurate financial reports and management reporting packs
* Perform P&L reconciliations and variance analysis
* Complete balance sheet reconciliations
* Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations
* Support accounting activities across multiple entities
* Respond to and resolve client finance‐related queries
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit requirements
* Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
* Work closely with stakeholders across the business to provide financial insights and support
About You
* Degree qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a Financial Accountant or similar role
* Strong understanding of month‐end accounting processes and financial reporting
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
* A proactive and positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow
Highly Regarded
* Degree, CA or CPA qualified, part‐qualified, or currently studying
* Experience within a fast‐paced commercial environment
