Job Description
We are seeking a caring and reliable individual to provide high-level 1:1 attendant care support for clients with Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) and Acquired Brain Injury (ABI). The successful candidate will have excellent communication and listening skills, and be able to take direction from clients.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience providing high-level 1:1 attendant care support, and hold current NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, and CPR certificates. A drivers license and own vehicle are preferred but not essential. A relevant disability qualification or equivalent is also desirable but not required.
We offer flexible hours to suit your needs, competitive pay rates between $34-$76 per hour, and long and short shifts available on a rostered basis four weeks in advance. Our team of Care Managers provides 24/7 support, and we offer specialised training by industry experts to ensure your success in this role.
Requirements
* Previous experience providing high-level 1:1 attendant care support for SCI and ABI injured clients is highly valued.
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid & CPR certificates are essential.
* Drivers Licence and own vehicle preferred.
* A relevant Disability qualification or equivalent is preferred but not essential.
