The Opportunity
As a Sales Consultant (also known as Member Support Consultant) at our North Sydney club, you will be the driving force behind the success of Fitness First. You will interact with members inspire them to begin their fitness journeys, drive membership growth, and retain existing members through outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
* Proactively contribute to the club sales budget using sales promotions and referral campaigns.
* Generate and convert high‑quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and new business opportunities.
* Achieve required lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
* Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
* Create great member journeys through positive and personalised interactions.
* Achieve successful outcomes for enquiries.
* Open and close the club as per the club roster.
* Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey.
* Conduct regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged – recommend club‑based products that enhance their results.
Requirements
* Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
* A problem‑solving mindset, providing solutions that meet potential members' needs.
* A gift for communication – able to talk to anyone with ease and inspire them to take action.
* Goal‑focused drive, continuously seeking ways to excel.
* A team player, rallying through challenges and celebrating successes.
* Customer‑focused, building rapport with people of all backgrounds and motivated to help them achieve goals.
