BTP Group is seeking a safety‐conscious Warehouse Supervisor for our expanding Mackay branch. The role will oversee day‐to‐day warehouse operations, ensuring safe and efficient warehouse and logistics support. The supervisor reports to the Workshop Manager and focuses on efficient operation of all warehouse and yard activities, inventory accuracy, physical space optimization, and safe, timely, cost‐effective logistics services for internal and external customers. They will also manage planning, organizing, and direction of third‐party service providers and team members, customers, regarding Take 5s, JHAs and site safety.
Requirements
* 2-5 years of warehouse operations experience at Supervisor level or above
* Experience using Pronto or similar business systems
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Effective time management skills, appetite for continuous improvement, and a collaborative approach to delivering on business objectives
* Valid Forklift and C Class Driver's Licence
* Continuous improvement and/or Lean experience (desirable)
