About the roleReporting to the Store Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering high-impact visual merchandising that elevates the customer experience and drives engagement.Key responsibilities:Create and execute VM solutions to the highest standard in a fast-paced retail environmentTrain and develop team members to deliver exceptional VM outcomes (supervisory/leadership experience highly regarded)Collaborate with Store Manager and VM leaders to implement campaigns and meet visual merchandising objectivesContribute to a safe, engaging, and customer-focused store environmentAbout you:Proven experience in visual merchandising apparel within a store settingConfident in guiding and training others with a hands-on approachStrong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levelsA team player with a keen eye for detail and a creative flairWhy rebel?
