About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to lead a brand-new store for a premium Australian menswear retailer as it enters the Queensland market. As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of your business. You'll be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and setting the standard for what premium menswear retail should look like. In this newly created role, you'll work closely with head office, providing valuable feedback on product trends, local customer preferences, and store operations. What You Need
* At least 3 years' experience leading in a retail environment—menswear or fashion retail preferred
* A proven ability to inspire, coach, and build a top-performing team culture
* Strong commercial instincts, with a track record of driving sales, executing visual merchandising, and improving store performance
* Confident, clear communicator who connects easily with customers, team members, and head office
* A sharp eye for menswear trends and a genuine passion for premium retail
* Comfortable navigating change and pace—you thrive in dynamic, evolving environments
* Availability to work weekends as part of a flexible full-time schedule
