An experienced administrative professional who thrives working in a fast paced and complex work environment.
Responsible for providing high‐level administrative support to the Infection Prevention and Control Team at Horsham and the GH Infection Prevention and Control department as required.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintaining accurate availability in the electronic rostering system and accepting shifts based on availability
* Functioning within a team
* Flexibility to work across a variety of locations and shift times
* Providing a high standard of administrative support
* Accurate data entry into required software systems
* Willingness to learn and prioritise tasks
* Participating in annual performance reviews
* Commitment to ongoing mandatory education
Skills And Experience
* Demonstrated experience in the provision of, or the ability to provide, confidential, secretarial and administrative support
* Proven ability to manage workload and prioritisation with minimal supervision; ability to draft correspondence and other written documentation with minimal direction
* Word processing and keyboard skills
* Database management skills
* Highly developed computer skills
* Communication skills
Additional Skills And Experience
* High level communication to interact with a wide variety of individuals
* High level computer skills with particular emphasis on accurate data entry
* Demonstrated person‐centred care and a respectful approach to patients, visitors and staff
* Prior experience in a health setting would be advantageous but is not essential
* Current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain, is essential
