Leading Carpenter for High-Quality Residential Projects
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Leading Carpenter to join our team in delivering premium residential projects across Adelaide.
The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating day-to-day site activities, supervising trades, and ensuring our projects are delivered to the highest standard.
* Lead and mentor carpentry teams on renovation and extension projects.
* Interpret and work from architectural drawings and specifications.
* Coordinate subcontractors and ensure smooth workflow on site.
* Undertake high-quality carpentry works including framing, fix-off, fit-off, cladding, and architectural detailing.
* Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with WHS requirements.
* Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and project management.
* Assist with scheduling, materials ordering, and daily reporting.

Requirements

* Previous leading hand or senior carpenter experience is highly desirable.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to problem-solve and work under minimal supervision.
* White Card and valid driver's license.
