As one of the largest regional centres between Maroochydore and Mackay, Stockland Rockhampton stands as a vibrant and dynamic town centre anchored by four majors, 15 mini-majors, and over 150 specialty stores, making it a key destination for both locals and visitors.
This is a unique opportunity to elevate your career by managing a high‑performing asset that sits at the centre of a thriving regional community. For those open to relocating, it’s a chance to combine professional growth with the lifestyle benefits of coastal living.

* Deliver accurate forecasts and manage both operational and capital budgets.

Operational Management
* Track sales and traffic data, monitor tenant performance and drive centre commercial outcomes and tenant success.
* Oversee centre operations, including contractor performance, capital works, and ensure compliance with safety and legal standards.
* Develop and maintain strong communication lines with all Centre retailers, contractors, customers and local councils.
Innovation & Business Development
* Lead initiatives that drive organisational improvement and cross‑functional collaboration.
* Conduct post‑project reviews to identify strengths and opportunities for enhancement.
Culture & People
* Build a high‑performing centre team by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
* Foster capability through knowledge sharing and support team members in setting clear objectives and development plans.
About You
You bring over 5 years of proven experience in centre management, with a strong track record of leading high‑performing teams and delivering commercial results. Your ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes is matched by your expertise in project and financial management.
What we’re looking for
