Role Overview

We're looking for Sales Travel Consultants across the Sunshine Coast who are keen to dazzle, discover, and delight our customers at our stores.

Plan itineraries, book travel, and convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone, and via email. Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets, selling complete holiday packages that include flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers and more.

Build a customer base of new and returning customers, assisting with travel-related questions (visas, best time to travel, packing lists, local advice, etc.). Work full‐time on‐site in a retail store on a rotating roster across a 7‐day trade. Earn a base wage plus an uncapped incentive payment structure – your pay is completely uncapped.

Responsibilities
* Work full‐time on‐site in one of our retail stores on a rotating 7‐day roster.
* Plan itineraries, book travel and convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone and via email for our customers.
* Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets, selling the whole holiday including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers and more.
* Build a customer base of new and returning customers from regular domestic bookings to lavish international holidays.
* Be the expert – assist customers with travel-related questions such as visas, best time of year to travel, packing, local attractions, and more.
* Earn a base wage plus an uncapped incentive payment structure, taking a percentage of every sale.
Qualifications
* Great organisational skills – take notes, manage calendar, and respond quickly to customer communications.
* A genuine passion for travel and a desire to help open up the world to customers.
* Determination to meet sales targets and KPIs while balancing a high‐pressure workload.
* Enthusiasm, passion, and warmth that make customers want to book with you.
* A savviness with computers, ready to toggle between complex systems to find the best flight and package options.
